We are very pleased to announce our upcoming site visit to Southern Cross Health Society’s contact centre Level 1, Ernst & Young Building, 2 Takutai Square, Britomart,  Auckland, on Thursday 23rd February 2012, 3.00pm-5.00pm. The afternoon will involve a presentation including details of their recent changes within their WFM team, a guided tour around the contact centre focussing on specific areas where they have made changes to help with their challenges. The Southern Cross Contact Centre is a 75 seat inbound centre, handling approximately 50,000 contacts per month.  The majority of these are member enquiries and requests for approval, and also includes interactions with medical providers.  They provide a multi-channel service through voice, fax/correspondence, email and self-serve options – which makes for a challenging and complex centre.

Cost to attend: $49.00 + GST per person, includes drinks and nibbles afterwards.

By registering to attend and providing your contact details, you become registered as a WPPNZ member, and give your permission to be contacted via email with invites and mailers regarding future WPPNZ events.

Cancellation Policy:   Registrations cancelled 7 or more business days before the event will be refunded in full.  Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance of the Site Visit are not eligible for a refund.  A maximum of 40 attendees can be taken, and all visitors are accepted at the discretion of the host contact centre.
