Case Study

Our recent Site Visit was held in Hamilton at Genesis Energy’s 250 seat contact centre covering 7 business units, on Thursday 15^th December 2011. The day involved a presentation by Lyn Grant, Customer Services Manager and Kevin Hikairo, Workforce Planner. The presentation focussed  around how Lean Six Sigma has recently contributed to the improvement of the Genesis Workforce Management strategy. Genesis Energy is a values based company with an outstanding customer drive. They believe innovation is the way forward. The visit also involved a walkaround the contact centre. The presentation and site visit provided an excellent forum for attendees to ask questions and voice opinions. A case study document was provided with the visit, as well as an excellent networking opportunity. All in all, a very educational and enjoyable afternoon - thanks very much!
